Name5. The landscaping scheme to be fully completed, in accordance with the details agreed under the terms of the above condition, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting to be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.11. The development to not be occupied until a detailed external lighting scheme for the site has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. The scheme should avoid illuminating the adjacent Grand Union Canal Navigation and River Wreake in order to reduce adverse impacts on emerging and foraging bats and other nocturnal wildlife and on the occupiers of boats moored adjacent to the site. The approved lighting to be installed, maintained and operated in strict accordance with the approved scheme at all times thereafter and no lighting to be installed other than that contained in the approved scheme.13. The development permitted by this planning permission to be carried out in accordance with the approved Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) dated 26th February 2018, reference 17-0473/FRA, produced by BSP Consulting and the following mitigation measures. Finished floor levels are set no lower than 49.55m above Ordnance Datum (AOD) for plots 5-7 (former Toll House) and no lower than 49.4mAOD for plots 1-4 (former Isolation Hospital).Implementation of the Flood Warning and Evacuation Plan as detailed in Appendix G This plan to be reviewed and implemented by the manager(s) of the site.14.
